'Michael Keaton is extreme focused, Laura Dern is nice': interview with actor David de Vries

Il Postino was a beautiful film.  I did some of my graduate studies in Cagli, in the Marche region and spent a couple of weeks there working on a multi-media piece.  And my niece is married to an Italian, speaks beautiful Italian herself and I took my son on a two week trip to visit her in Grottaglia in Puglia a couple of years ago, along with time spent in Rome and Sorrento and along the coast.  I’m a big fan of all things Italian.  My girlfriend is a chef and her specialty is Gelato artiginale right now, so I enjoy a taste of Italy a lot!
