I practice the Alexander Technique which is a fantastic way of letting go of tension and staying balanced, physically and mentally. I am very lucky to live next to the sea, in the warm climate of Spain, so I can swim and generally be very active outdoors. I also write, and when I can I travel over to the Uk to play in a blues band.
